All Unaavu meals are packed in eco-friendly, food-safe containers designed to preserve freshness and flavor. For best results, consume hot meals within 2 hours of delivery. Refrigerate drinks immediately and shake before use. Items containing curd or coconut are best consumed on the same day.

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (COD) for select areas. Delivery is currently available across Chennai within 60–90 minutes. Orders are dispatched fresh from our kitchen every day between 11am and 9pm.

Food once delivered cannot be returned. However, if you face any issues with quality, missing items, or incorrect delivery, please reach out within 2 hours of receiving your order. Our support team will assist with refunds or replacements as needed. We’re committed to making it right.
