1. Order Cancellations

a) Fresh Food Orders (Tiffin, Mains, Stews, etc.)

  • Cancellations accepted up to 2 hours before scheduled delivery.

  • Cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

b) FMCG Packaged Goods (Podis, Snacks, Chips, etc.)

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order was cancelled within the permitted window

  • Product was damaged, expired, or incorrect (must be reported within 24 hours with photo proof)

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. No Refund Scenarios

  • Change of mind or taste preferences

  • Delay caused by external logistics

  • Incorrect address or recipient unavailable
