What started as weekend meals for a few turned into word-of-mouth magic. We saw how food could carry language memory and trust. Unaavu was born to bring that quiet magic to a bigger table.

We trained and mentored local women from Rajasthan many of whom had never cooked Tamil dishes before. With time taste and trust they became Unaavu’s soul. Every plate carries their craft.
